The Villa
5 bedroom Golden Palm Villa is secluded and private, yet conveniently located, the nightlife, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and attractions of Chaweng town are less than 5 minutes drive away.
Sleeping up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms, Golden Palm Villa is spacious, well-specified, and an ideal holiday hideaway.
The villa is designed on 3 floors around the centerpiece infinity pool and expansive pool deck.
Entry to the villa is via a large gated car port below the pool, with a table-tennis set with stairs leading to the living area, the 8x10m pool features a signature golden palm, infinity edges that blend into the sea views on 2 sides, sunken bench seating, and a Jacuzzi.
A large sandstone deck flanks the pool, and is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols. At the far end of the deck, an entertainment sala provides an ideal setting for al-fresco dining.
Stairs lead up from the pool deck to the main living area, with surrounding balcony, and a spacious lounge, kitchen, and double bedroom. Overlooking the pool and sea views, the airy living room opens onto the surrounding deck with foldaway glass doors, and is furnished with a sumptuous leather sofa set arranged around a coffee table, and equipped with a high-end stereo system with iPod connection, projector and outdoor speakers. Across from the living room is the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with an island breakfast bar, with a separate staff kitchen located on the floor below for completely unobtrusive catering. Beyond the kitchen is a BBQ deck with a large gas BBQ, surrounded by landscaped garden and lawns with additional sun-loungers

All 5 bedrooms are en-suite, air-conditioned, and fitted with satellite LCD TV/DVD, and safe. The bedrooms include 3 king-size, 1 queen-size, and a twin, 4 of which have terrazzo bathtubs or Jacuzzis and showers, while the fifth has a shower. The King-size master bedroom is located in a private wing on the top floor, and includes a large en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor walk-in rain showers. Additionally, the master bedroom has a large balcony facing the sea views, with a huge terrazzo Jacuzzi fitted with color-changing underwater lighting
The opposing wing of the top floor includes 2 further bedrooms; a twin and a queen. The bedroom on the floor below includes a large terrazzo Jacuzzi tub, and opens on to a deck with sun-loungers and parasol. On the ground floor, a fifth bedroom includes a desk with a computer, and gym equipment. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge throughout the property.

Deposit
An initial deposit of fifty percent (50%) depending on the villa, of the total rental will confirm a booking.
The outstanding balance must be paid at least 45 days before the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified.
A security deposit is payable on arrival to cover the cost of any damage or breakage's, the use of telephones and other services. The security deposit will be returned at the time of departure, less any such costs.
Cancellation Policy
60 days prior to arrival date: reimbursement of the full instalment less 15%
30 to 60 days prior to arrival date: Instalment resides with the Villa owner.
During the 30 days prior to arrival date: the entire amount is owed less the 10% service fee.
