Villa Livadia Naiharn
Villa Livadia is an Asian modern style villa especially designed for luxury getaways. Close to the beautiful beach of Nai Harn, this villa, built to the highest standards, combines the amenities of modern living with a tropical atmosphere. The villa has been built in an L shape form around a large 14 x 8 meters infinity edge pool.
On the first level, the villa offers 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, a large living and dining room and a highly equipped fitted European kitchen. With a large indoor and outdoor living areas, each room opens onto the large swimming pool, sundeck and sala.
On the lower level are the 4th bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. With a separate entryway, it is the perfect accommodation for guests.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. A daily cleaning is provided and extra staff such as a cook, babysitter and driver can be arranged upon request. A security guard patrols from 6.00 PM to 6.00 AM daily for your safety.
