Services
Chef - The villa is offered with an in house dedicated chef, with knowledge of both Asian and Western dishes. Able to serve simple refreshments and snacks throughout the day, to a full scale Thai banquet.
Limousine - Complimentary collection and airport drop off are included with each villa booking. We are happy to arrange a chauffeur service for whether for a specific expedition, a number of hours a day or on call for 24hrs.
Gym - Guest at the villa have complimentary access to the estate club house featuring an air conditioned gym.
Tennis - The estate includes a floodlit tennis court with rackets and balls supplied available from the villa.
Pool Table - The open living area features a full size American pool table for guests enjoyment.
Swimming Pool - On the top floor terrace / garden area of the villa is a 50m2 infinity edge swimming pool, benefiting from the additional amenities of changing room and cloakroom, outdoor shower, 6 shaded daybeds, umbrellas, and sala lounge.
Cinema Selection - The Level 1 living room features a 64 inch flat screen surround sound cinema style TV with a wide choice of DVD's.
Motorbike - 2 complimentary scooters with a full tank of gas are included for guests use around the island. Just be careful!
Children - The villa is comes with an array of board games, sports equipment, children's DVD's, a Nintendo Wii and an experienced nanny on call if required.

Balance of 70% must be paid within 6 weeks of arrival.
70% balance non-refundable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation before 6 weeks, 50% of the balance is refundable.
