4350 US$ are to be paid as a security deposit which is paid back within 30 days after checkout.
The security deposit can be done as well by checking in with a credit card print.
Cancellation Policy
More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: all deposit is refundable
From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 50% of full price will be non-refundable.
From 32 to 44 days: 75% of the full price becomes non refundable.
From 31 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
