Location
At the northern end of Patong Beach, just between Patong and Kalim Beach, on a hill side overlooking the Andaman Sea and the Shore line of the coast around Patong and Kalim. It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach of Patong and a short drive to the centre of Patong.

The Residences

This 4-bedroom villa is located in the upper back corner of the estate affording unrivalled privacy and spectacular sea views. The lower level of the villa houses two master suites with en suite bathroom. The bathrooms are spacious with separate toilet and shower areas and whirlpool baths positioned to capture the views. The second master suite also has a private terrace. The third bedroom is a triple room with twin beds and a bunk. The fourth bedroom is a single. Both these rooms have adjoining bathrooms with toilet and shower.

Security Deposit:
5000 US$ are to be paid as a security deposit which is paid back within 30 days after checkout.
The security deposit can be done as well by checking in with a credit card print.
Cancellation Policy
More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: all deposit is refundable
From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 50% of full price will be non-refundable.
From 32 to 44 days: 75% of the full price becomes non refundable.
From 31 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
