Location
At the northern end of Patong Beach, just between Patong and Kalim Beach, on a hill side overlooking the Andaman Sea and the Shore line of the coast around Patong and Kalim. It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach of Patong and a short drive to the centre of Patong.

This large 4-bedroom villa is located on the upper tier of the estate affording spectacular uninterrupted sea views. This villa also has a separate 45sqm swimming pool surrounded by a large pool deck with Thai sala. With en suite bathroom in all 4 bedrooms, this villa is ideal for large families or groups looking to share accommodation expenses without sacrificing privacy. The lower level of the villa houses two master suites with en suite bathroom. The bathrooms are spacious with separate toilet and shower areas and whirlpool baths positioned to capture the views. The second master suite also has a private terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and the en suite bathroom has toilet and shower. The fourth bedroom is a double room with twin beds (can be change to king size bed). This bedroom adjoins a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Security Deposit:
5000 US$ are to be paid as a security deposit which is paid back within 30 days after checkout.
The security deposit can be done as well by checking in with a credit card print.
Cancellation Policy
More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: all deposit is refundable
From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 50% of full price will be non-refundable.
From 32 to 44 days: 75% of the full price becomes non refundable.
From 31 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
