The Villa
Set in over 770 sq m of land with approximately 440 sq m of built up area, Bella Villa is fully air-conditioned, comprising living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, four en suite bedrooms, private pool with sun deck and beautifully landscaped gardens. Colorful artwork adorns the fresh white walls, and an abundance of floor to ceiling windows ensures that guests can fully appreciate the lovely tropical gardens and cool breezes.
Comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, it offers a number of different relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet. It truly is ideal for families or groups of people who enjoy holidaying together in a beautiful destination. Additional services are available such as hiring of a cook for meal planning and a driver for arranging activities and excursions.

Outdoor
There is no doubt that the pool, deck and garden area is one of its most exciting features. The 4.0m x 7.5m private swimming pool has a large relaxation area for sun bathing or reading. It is flanked by a New Zealand pine deck furnished with comfortable beds for sun bathing, outdoor dining table and chairs, full size barbeque, outdoor shower and a fully equipped wet bar complete with fridge and sink, the perfect spot for a sun downer!
The garden layout lends itself to total privacy with plenty of shady corners to relax. It has a wrap-around landscaped garden and an added feature of a lotus pond to welcome you home.

A contemporary design, the bright living room with floor to ceiling windows is open plan with full height folding sliding doors opening up on to the pool deck and garden, ideally suited for tropical living. The living room is fully equipped to keep the most restless of holiday makers fully entertained with a 42 inch flat screen TV, Satellite TV (86 channels including ESPN, HBO, CNN, BBC and kids channels ), DVD and wireless internet connection throughout the villa. The dining room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gardens and a large centre table comfortably sitting all eight guests.

A security deposit is required for any damages, which will be returned by check out.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm booking, the remaining 70% have to be paid 2 months before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 2 months or more before arrival, the 30% deposit is not returned.
- Cancellation within 2 months of arrival, 30% deposit and payment already done is not returned.
- If we secure another booking for the cancelled time, we will return part of the payment.
