Location
Karon Centre is only 600m walk away, the nearest shops, restaurants and bars are located right there. Karon, featuring a 5 kilometers long stretch of squeaky, powdery white sand, is far less hectic than Patong but it still offers a full range of facilities, dining and activities. Although Karon is a fast-growing area, it is nicely spread out and rarely feels crowded.

The Villa
The main floor has a spacious open plan living/dining area with spectacular sea views and a dining table for 8. There is a 42" plasma TV, satellite channels, DVD and CD player and sound system. Wireless internet is provided.
The modern European kitchen has an oven, 4-ring stove, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and breakfast bar.

Master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with large 2 person bath, shower area, toulette and jungle views.
Double bedroom with king size bed and en suite.
Third bedroom with twin beds and en suite.

Ground floor:
There is a separate entertainment area on the ground floor, which has a queen sized pull out sofa bed.
There is also 1 more bedroom with a king size bed and also a pull out queen size sofa bed in the downstairs living area. They both share toilette and the outdoor spa bath area on ground floor.

The rooftop terrace is fully decked and has an infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi jets

30% of rental amount is due upon signing of the booking contract plus a Breakage deposit of £100 regardless of length of stay, this will be refund to the customers if they haven't broke anything.
The rest, 70%, is due 6 weeks before commencement of rental period except for peak season when the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made prior to 60 days - fully refundable.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days - 50% refundable.
No refund if within 1 month of arrival but we will always try to reschedule and refund negotiable, depending on whether the booked dates can be filled.
