Location
Karon Centre is only 600m walk away, the nearest shops, restaurants and bars are located right there. Karon, featuring a 5 kilometers long stretch of squeaky, powdery white sand, is far less hectic than Patong but it still offers a full range of facilities, dining and activities. Although Karon is a fast-growing area, it is nicely spread out and rarely feels crowded.

The Villa
Enter the property on the main floor with the hall, separate Toilette and pantry off, there is a spacious open plan living area with fantastic sea and forest views, kitchen and dining areas and an entertainment area with a 42" plasma TV, satellite channels, IPOD connection, DVD and CD player plus sound system with surround sound. Internet is also provided.
The dining area has a large teak dining table for 8 while the fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven/hob, American sized fridge/freezer, and microwave.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom
with Balinese open plan shower and double bath has a king size bedroom suite overlooking the bay and forest through floor to ceiling opening doors.

The second bedroom
has a king size bed has similar views and is en suite. It has similar views as the master bedroom

The third bedroom
is en suite and has twin beds. This room has jungle views

The roof area
has a pool with Jacuzzi jets at one end and deck and sun chairs. Included in the price is daily maid service plus towels and linen for 6 people changed weekly.

|
30% of rental amount is due upon signing of the booking contract plus a Breakage deposit of £100 regardless of length of stay, this will be refund to the customers if they haven't broke anything.
The rest, 70%, is due 6 weeks before commencement of rental period except for peak season when the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made prior to 60 days - fully refundable.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days - 50% refundable.
No refund if within 1 month of arrival but we will always try to reschedule and refund negotiable, depending on whether the booked dates can be filled.
