30% deposit is due at the time of the reservation. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
We require a security deposit per villa of USD 1,500 for every week of rental - up to a maximum of USD 6,000. Minimum security deposit is no less than USD 1,500 - even for stays of less than a week.
