The house comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a separate guestbathroom, an office, a living room with integrated European style kitchen ( around 250 sq meters ), maid room, the whole living area is 480 sq meters.
The living room has Teakwood ceiling in Balinese style, all furniture is in Teakwood.
A covered car port is also with Teakwood ceiling and walls.
