Is a 2 storey building with 8 apartments, from the rooftop you have a beautiful view of Patong Bay and the Sea. A short steep slope from the corner of Nanai Road and Soi Thum Dee brings you to The Residence.

Each apartment comes with bedroom, living room, bathroom and balcony.
The bedroom has king size bed, cloth compartment, and is open to the living room.
The living room has a sitting corner with sofa table and 2 chairs, a flat screen TV, a small kitchenette with 2 plate cooker, fridge, and sink, a small table with 3 chairs are the dining corner.
From the living room you enter the balcony trough big glass sliding doors.
The bathroom comes with a shower.
