The White House Villa Patong Beach Phuket

The White House Villa is located high on the hill at the south end of Patong Beach, the White House all the convenience of being only 2 minutes to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and nightlife Patong Beach has to offer, but enjoys peace and quiet with absolute privacy.

Built behind a 3 meter wall with remote control security gates.
The Villa is compromised of 3 master bedrooms, each with magical views of Patong Bay and beyond.

As you enter the Villa's foyer which leads to the tropical entertainment lounge at poolside. Complete with a sound system, LCD TV, DVD and private Bar area. This room makes a great party room or a great rainy day retreat.

On the middle level, an open plan Chef's Kitchen which services the dining areas. The formal dinning room and living rooms create the perfect dining and entertainment areas.

Bedrooms

3 master bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms and views across Patong Bay. From the moment you open your curtains in the morning to the evening sunset and the night lights of Patong, you will never tire of the changing views.

Kitchen

The Villa features 2 kitchens. The mid level features a open plan Chefs kitchen. The entrance-level, has a private wet bar and pantry which services the poolside lounge for snacks and drinks and can be used for late night entertainment. The Chefs kitchen is fully equipped and if you feel inclined to cook yourself, go right ahead and enjoy.

Entertainment room

The Family entertainment living room features a 32 inch, LCD TV. A surround sound home theatre complete with a DVD, cable and satellite TV for your enjoyment. Or, maybe you prefer a drink at your private bar

Swimming Pool and Spa

A deluxe 10 meter pool with a 2 Spas and waterfall feature. You can lie by the pool or sit in the pool with the spa jets massaging your back. It doesn't get any better than this.

Wifi, Broadband, PC
Understanding that you may want to stay in touch...the entire Villa is WiFi enabled. You can keep in touch with your friends and family from your Villa and Holiday. Just bring your laptop!

Telephone
Local calls are complimentary. Telephones are in every room with room to room access. Mobile phones are available for rent in Phuket.

Staff
The Villa comes with one day maid. They will take care of all your daily needs, from laundry, preparing you rooms, and maintaining the Villa to the highest standard. Your private Villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle your personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tours and recommendations. Our Manager is more than capable of arranging afternoon massages and even more exotic things like poolside cabarets for your party or a baby elephant to entertain the children. Just let us know

Food, drink
Your first set of basic soft drinks and water are complimentary and will be in the fridge for you upon your arrival. A Western breakfast along with fresh fruits are offered complimentary If you desire a poolside seafood bar-b-q with imported steak and lobster, we will buy it at the market, prepare it to your taste and charge you only what we paid. Our Thai cooks are fully trained and can prepare and present a range of Thai dishes to suit your tastes.

Check In and Check Out
As long as the actual check in and check out fall on the day you arrive and leave, then it is entirely up to you what time you arrive and depart.. We never book guests on the same day, so there is no pressure on you. Simply relax and enjoy.
