The villas are located between Patong and Karon at the main road on a hillside, a lush green 14 acres estate.

The estate is made of 9 luxury Villas with plenty of space between the houses.

There is a gated entrance way with 24 hours security, services include a gardener, pool cleaning, in the house maintenance and maid service are provided upon your request.

Bedrooms

The villas have 3-4 spacious bedrooms with a minimum of 50 square meters including a large balcony overlooking great view and landscapes. All rooms are air-conditioned, decorative fan, feature polished teak wood floor, rich Thai silk & fabrics and are equipped with en suite facilities

Livingroom

A panoramic view living room, with folding doors that allow the room to be totally opened, offers great views of Phuket lush tropical rain forest, Patong bay and swimming pool.
The living room is set at one end of the house and surrounded by a large outdoor balcony with garden furniture aplenty.

The Villa boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stoves & ovens, electric cooker hood over a center island design with plenty of equipment cabinets. You will find all the conveniences and utensils to which you are accustomed.

Dining room

Enjoy a large separate dining room which sits six comfortably with a maximum seating of eight and bar for romantic meals. From the dining room, there are sweeping views both directly down to the Patong hills and across the terrace to the beautiful-nightlife Patong bay.

Bathroom

The bathrooms of master bedrooms are equipped with a vanity basin, separate walk-in shower, a superior toilet set; featured in the bathrooms is a large Jacuzzi bathtub set behind a large window offering superb views of the bay and the garden.

Swimmingpool

Each villa has its own private salt water swimming pool powered by the latest filtration system to ensure low maintenance and high reliability. The pool itself is set within its own tropical garden with commanding views of the Andaman sea.
