Daily rates are per apartment, per night, inclusive à la carte breakfast and service charge.
Monthly rates are per apartment, min. 30 days , service charge included, without breakfast and electricity charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation without charges, until two month before arrival,
20% charge for cancellation until one week before arrival,
100% charge for cancellation in the last week before arrival and no show.
Deposit:
The deposit for confirmation shall be of 20% at least of the booking. If stay is longer than one year, a two months deposit is required at least.
