Phuket is located in the southern part of Thailand in the Andaman sea, an island connected by a bridge to the mainland. Well known for its white sandy beaches, azure blue waters and tropical vegetation.
Its size is about 50 to 20 km, lies about 900 km south of Bangkok, a one hour flight or 13 hour bus drive.
The climate is exceptional, the raining season ( monsoon ) is not as heavy as in other parts of Thailand, the months from November to March are dry season with little or no rain. Temperatures are constant between 27 - 32 degrees Celsius.
